unhelpful stafflimited breakfast
I found that the staff wasn't consistently helpful. Sometimes they seemed disinterested or provided inaccurate information. i also had trouble with the room's noise levels. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway, impacting my ability to relax. the breakfast selection was disappointing. It felt limited and the quality was not what i expected.

i stayed for a few nights in a beautiful double room. the breakfast selection was amazing!!! it had a great variety. the room was also very spacious and clean.
the walls were not thick. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the staff gave me a complimentary breakfast as a new year gift, it was a nice surprise. daily room cleaning occurred and fresh towels were provided often, i liked that.
The hotel had a key shortage. I received only one room key for two guests.
